Scott J. Werner, Jr., Esquire

I was born and raised in Chester County and graduated from Downingtown West High School in 2004.  In 2008, I graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Political Science and subsequently attended the Widener Delaware School of Law where I obtained my juris doctorate.

After Law School, I was appointed as Assistant District Attorney and later First Assistant District Attorney for Tioga County where I served as lead juvenile prosecutor, trial prosecutor, and appellate prosecutor.  I then moved to the Lycoming County District Attorney's Office as an Assistant District Attorney.  While serving in Lycoming County, I developed my extensive trial skills and eventually became lead child abuse prosecutor.  

After my time in Lycoming County, I was able to come home and serve the people of Chester County as an Assistant District Attorney where I tried cases involving narcotics trafficking, drug delivery resulting in death, domestic violence, and DUI.  

After 5 years with a local firm specializing in Criminal Defense, Guardianships, Landlord Tenant, and Civil Litigation, it is my honor to bring my extensive courtroom and trial experience directly to you, my clients, and to fight for you, your rights and your future!
